PlatinumGames NEO-CLASSIC ARCADE series carries the fun and spirit of classic gaming with modern technology. The first project is Sol Cresta. Sol Cresta uses the same docking and formation techniques as Terra Cresta's classic shooting game Moon Cresta. It also incorporates the new "free-form docking technique". Based on the alignment of three vessels, the flagship Yamato (Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi) can use different attacks. The key to defeating Mandler's invading armies is docking, splitting and reforming ships.
